The island is shaped like an arc, almost a ring. On Esri satellite imagery it reads just as it does in aerial footage, which is how we checked that the images show this exact spot.

Inside the arc is an enclosed lagoon: no waves, and water of a different color. Outside, the open Caspian and its surf begin right away.

There's nothing built on the arc itself yet. Plots are marked out on the shore opposite, and Monaco Residence is going up on one of them.
